The auto-update on the test server can sometimes fail to download the file it needs to update from your test installation version to the current test server version. It seems that it relies on a webpage being updated with the correct links, instead of just trying to download the file.

Anyway, here is the link syntax:
http://ccp.vo.llnwd.net/o2/test/evepremiumpatchXXXXX-YYYYY_test.exe

Now you just need to copy paste that url to your address bar, and replace XXXXX with the version you have installed and YYYYY with the version the server has installed. You can see an example of where to find the version numbers here:
