Note 1: Yes = The data is cached and available on subsequent requests. However inside the interval the data isn't updated. No = Means that subsequent requests inside the interval returns an error message.
Note 2: Expiration = The cachedUntil tag contains the actual time where new data becomes available. Moving = Means that cachedUntil is always Current Time + Interval. Broken = When the AssetList is returning an error because it has already been retrieved inside the interval, cachedUntil is always 5 minutes ahead of current time. However the error message will contain the actual time that new data becomes available.
