Research & Development

R&D Basics

• Train Science to level 5
• Find a R&D agent and train at least 1 lvl in a shared field/skill*
• Raise standing with the agent's corporation so that you can use him
• When ready, go visit him and start a conversation. Tell him that you would like him to head up a research project for you
• He will now start working and you can see in the Agent Info or in the Journal, on the Research tab, how many RP (= Research Point) you have.

* Beware that each of the research skills require level 5 in either Electronics, Mechanic or Engineering
