Notes

misc_model entities are included in the BSP file during compile
misc_gamemodel entities are only included at gameplay
misc_gamemodel entities may require non-standard ones to be included in a pk3 file for distribution.
Static (non-moving and non-animated) misc_gamemodels are cached on the client side (ydnar)
TEST: Add a ("_cs" "1") key+value pair to the misc_gamemodel entity, it will cast shadows too (me: don't know if this only applices to static ones)
TEST: Add a "_rs" "1" key+value pair to the misc_gamemodel entity, and it will receive shadows from the world (me: postulated by tubbie in the SD Forum - not tested)
